Store contingents in the online shop and ensure that courses are not overbooked

Open the ConfigClient (https://www.configclient.ws/login) and sign in with your domain, user and password.

In the first step you choose Contingents at Sale. Then click on Add Resource.

Choose a name for your resource, for example Kids course, and a description if you want.

If you create a resource for courses or rental items you choose days. This means that a course, rental item or depot that is fully booked on one day can still be available the next day because the contingent relates to the days.

If you want to limit the number of items for sale (e.g. key rings), select pieces. When the stored number of items has been used up, the items can no longer be purchased via the online shop.

In the next step, decide whether you want to create resources for articles or attributes. Then select the relevant article or attribute and click on Proceed. 
Write a value and date and click on Add (This can be changed in the next step)

By clicking on the green gear, you can add and edit contingents.

Enter the start date and value and click INCREASE.

If the contingent is to be reduced or increased, select the relevant date by clicking on the blue bar. Enter the amount by which you want to increase or decrease the current quota and click on INCREASE or DECREASE.

Courses that have already been booked will be taken into account when increasing or decreasing.

If an increase / decrease is to be removed, all changes from the first changed day onwards can be deleted by clicking on the blue bar for the day in question and selecting DELETE CHANGES.

This will reset the contingent to its original value.

A change has already been made to all bars with a dark blue background.

If you want to edit an existing resource, select it in the selection field and edit it as shown above.

If you want to delete a resource, select it in the selection field and click on the red recycle bin.
