Lock or enable start days for the online shop

Open the ConfigClient at https://www.configclient.ws/login and sign in with your Domain, user and password.

You can lock or enable articles or single attributes at Stardays - Article / Attribute.

First make the decision whether you want to lock or enable the starting days of articles or attributes.

Then you decide whether individual articles or entire article types (scheduled, rental or packages) should be locked or enabled.

In the next step you select the desired articles or article types and then click on Proceed.

If certain starting days of all articles - whether courses, rental articles or packages - are to be locked or enabled, do not make a selection and click on Proceed.

A calendar opens showing the starting days of the selected item.

• Green means that all attributes of the selected articles are available on this day
• Orange means that the attributes are only partially available.
• If a day is not framed in color, it is not possible to start the course.

Various settings can be made to the right of the calendar.

At selection / mode you can determine whether you want to enable or lock individual days or a period of time.

• Days allows you to mark several individual days. You can then lock or enable the days.
• You choose period if you want to lock / enable all days in a certain period of time.
• End courses means that the course will expire on the selected blocking date.
• You choose skip days if there are blocked days - for example 01.01. should be skipped and the course is automatically extended by one day.

Mark the days you want in the calendar and then select lock or enable.

Example 1:
Lock 01/01/2019 as the start day for all group and private courses and set it to skip this day

For this you choose article types in the first selection, as the starting days of all courses should be locked. Then you choose scheduled in the second selection. This means that rental items and packages are not included in the blocking.

Then click on Proceed.

Since only one day should be locked, you select days at selection / mode.

Mark the desired day in the calendar and click on Lock.

Since the 01.01. should be skipped, you select Skip days. This means that all courses that start on 01.01. are automatically extended by one day. This means that a 5-day course starting on December 29th. does not last until January 2nd, but until January 3rd. and January 1st is not a course day.

Once you've made your selection, click Skip days.

Example 2:
Block 12/24/2018 as the starting day for all 5-day adult courses for advanced learners

Since the criteria duration: 5 days and level: advanced are attributes, you select attributes and the desired article - in this case adults.

Then click on Proceed.

Since no time period, only a single day should be locked you select days at selection / mode.

Mark the relevant day in the calendar and click on Show attributes.

Choose 5 days at duration and advanced at levels.

By clicking on lock, December 24th, 2018 will be locked as the starting day for all 5-day courses for advanced adults.

Example 3:
In the period from December 23, 2018 to January 4, 2019, activate all days as starting days for group courses and set all group courses to end on January 5, 2019

To do this, select article in the first selection and then select all group courses. 

Then click on Proceed.

Select Period at selection / mode since several consecutive days should be enabled.

Then mark the days you want in the calendar and click on enable.

The start days of this period are enabled, even if they are not stored as start days in WS Sports.

Since it should be set that on 05.01. all group courses are ended, you choose end courses at selection / mode, mark 06.01 in the calendar. and click on lock.
