Tally chart is used to create a request list by means of the connected group allocation. This list shows the number of persons for the respective courses or profiles. This information can be used to assess how many ski instructors are needed, in order to cover the need in the best possible way.
The date of the request list is defined by the working date.
The list can be set to Group+ Ability, solely to Group or solely to Ability by using the Grouping menu point or the pink button. In addition, the Per Meeting Place (TP inactive / TP active button) is used to allocate or group by meeting place. Filter or the light green button can also be used to restrict which courses (group, private, sales, reservations, etc.) should be listed.
The Not allocated filter displays only the tickets, which have not yet been allocated to any group course. Only new shows only the tickets activated for the selected date and therefore does not show on-going tickets. New at beginning of course = date of ticket sale defines the new tickets by means of the date of sale. This displays all the tickets, which have been sold on the same day and initiates how the working date is set.
Print is used to inspect and print the requirements list. This is where other lists, such as child-care over the lunch hour lists, extension lists, participant lists, detailed lists, etc. are available.
