This is where it is recorded which ski instructor has instructed which course participants on a given day. Time, duration, ability level, etc. are also documented here. The attendance is subsequently decisive in allocating participants and the ski instructor's statement. It is recorded either with a scanner, by scanning a bar code or by manual input of the ID numbers.
WS SPORTS Mobil can be used to complete the attendance on a mobile app by Smartphone or on a PC or tablet, etc.
Course attendance
At the end of the day a ski instructor's ID card is scanned or his name is entered in the Ski instructor field to start the attendance ticket. The tickets are then scanned in or manually entered in the Ticket No. field.
WARNING: The report is only read in by scanning, if the cursor is flashing within the field for the Ticket No. while scanning. When numbers are entered manually each number must be confirmed by pressing the Enter key or clicking on Add ticket.
The Group type is read from the ticket, but can also be selected from the drop down list. In addition, Group courses, the ability level (Ability) and the Meeting place is ascribed to tickets to be reported, if these are selected before Report.
The data in the Attendance report can be viewed in the Log tab. In order to receive detailed information on a ticket in the report, this must be selected and by clicking on Show information or double clicking on the ticket displays the information on each ticket in a separate window. This window only displays information, which is why no changes are possible.
The attendance report of the respective ski instructor is finalised and ended by scanning the ski instructor ID again or by clicking on Update report.
If appropriately set (Tools – Settings – Options Disposition), the attendance report is simultaneously transferred to allocation, including into the calendar. The default settings transfer the report to allocation only after checking and implementation of the Statement command.
Invalid tickets
A ticket shown in red font is invalid, out-of-date, not yet in date or already reported by another ski instructor. The reason for the invalidity is given in the Comments column.
All the invalid tickets for all the ski instructors are visible at a glance in the Invalid Tickets tab. Right clicking on Export Html exports these lists into an HTML file.
Set ticket to valid/accept ticket
If the ticket has already been scanned in by another ski instructor, by right clicking on the ticket and Take over tickets it can be allocated to the selected ski instructor. This removes the ticket from the other ski instructor's report. A non-valid ticket can be validated by right clicking on Set Valid Ticket.
Tickets which have been incorrectly reported, can be removed from the respective ski instructor's attendance report by right clicking in the report on the ticket and Delete ticket.
