This is where accommodation is created and edited.
Data: Accommodation can be added, changed or deleted in the Data menu. Data can also be imported or exported here.
Edit: The Edit menu makes it possible to search for doublets and corrections to doublets.
Search: Quick search and Advanced search are located in the Search menu.
Print: This is where lists of all the accommodation shown with contact partners, telephone numbers and addresses are printed out. Under this menu, labels and male merges can be created and printed out.
Communication: In the Communications menu it is possible to send e-mails to the contact persons at the accommodation.
Extras: The columns to be displayed can be selected in the Extras menu.
Insert new accommodation
The symbol opens the input screen and the accommodation data are entered.
Discounts and commission can also be allocated.
If a tick is set on Online desk, this means that this accommodation is displayed in the accommodation list in the online desk.
Freely definable text and check boxes are available in the Free fields tab. Once data has been entered, confirm with OK.
