If a customer books an article in your online shop, he will receive a booking confirmation or invoice by email.
You can change the texts on this document as you wish.
Log in to the ConfigClient with your domain, your user name and your password: https://www.configclient.ws/login.
At Base configuration - Edit texts you have the option to change the texts on the PDF confirmation / invoice, the mail confirmation and the general terms and conditions that have been sent.
The text can be easily edited by clicking on the edit icon.
If you want to add the text in another language, click on the Add button and select the language you want.
Then click on Save.
If a specific text is only to be displayed on the booking confirmation for certain articles, you can save this at Articles - Settings - Specific Article settings.
Select the relevant article and then click on Configuration Confirmation.
The additional text inside confirmation is the text inside the frame and the additional text after confirmation is the text outside the frame:
You can create the new texts at Base configuration - Edit texts - additional texts and then assign them to the relevant article in the Article Settings.
At the article settings you can make further article-specific settings regarding the confirmation. E.g .: print meeting time, print duration, generally print confirmation, etc. ...
To save your selection, click on Save.
